The website was rigid and slow to update, and customer communications felt disjointed. I led two platform overhauls, migrating from Drupal and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to HubSpot, and earlier from Sitecore and WordPress to Drupal, paired with a new automation layer. The teams gained real speed and flexibility using low-code systems and AI-enabled SEO/AEO tools, and customer communications became far more seamless and quicker to market.
