LoadUp was running hundreds of customer workflows, many duplicative or retired, some firing three redundant messages to customers and the sales team, which was generating complaints. I worked with my team to capture the full set, used AI audits to find the choke points, and refined more than 300 of them, fixing both the automation logic and the creative. The result was fewer redundant messages, recovered revenue, higher conversion, and a smoother experience at every touchpoint.
