North Highland had acquired Decooda, an AI tool that extracts sentiment and insight from large data sets, and separately held proprietary AI tools that weren't being adopted. I led go-to-market for Decooda and rolled the internal AI tools out to the consulting workforce with change-management plans that made adoption actually stick.
