Acquired companies had to be absorbed quickly without losing their momentum in the market. At North Highland, I served on the due-diligence and selection committees, then led branding and go-to-market for three acquisitions: UMT360, a program-management SaaS; The Bridge, a technology consulting firm; and Decooda, an AI sentiment product. Each came to market under the firm's story without missing a beat.
