Sales Cohort

Hispanic sales agents were working without a community or a shared playbook. I created Aflac's first Hispanic sales cohort, 3,000 members strong, with loyalty programs, incentives, dashboards, and reporting to guide strategy. It drove agent growth and was featured in Latino Leaders and Latina Style.
