Marketing was generating plenty of activity but couldn't show its influence on pipeline. I rebuilt the engine end to end, segmentation, personalization, automation, ABM, and lead scoring tied to funnel metrics, so every program connected back to revenue. The result was a doubling of the revenue that marketing influenced.
